I think the acquisition is good. CIHLDG is holding 65 million cash on hand. Acquisition price of 7.14 million is not a big deal to the operating cash flow of the company. Furthermore, the acquisition will strengthen the core business of edible oil packaging and marketing, making it more competitive and in many ways, sharing of resources because the business is similar with CRSB. At this point, I dint see any bad side from the acquisition. But I hope there will be another fantastic acquisition as mentioned by r0032. Referring to the reply for last UMA around March, the Company is in the midst of negotiating with several parties regarding a possible Corporate Exercise. Hopefully there will be another fantastic acquisations that will announced later. I dont feel that recent rise from RM1 to RM 2.9 is due the this acquisation only. Hope tomorrow CIHLDG will continue fly!
