My understanding.
Instaco already have 478 million contract in pocket.
Fajar is working with CRCC to "bid" for 8 billion contract. Sure get? If get, fajar price will up but does it means Instaco price will drop? Does it means Instaco project with CRCC will be transferred to Fajar? What if fajar bid failed?
If bid successful, does it means Instaco will no longer get contract from CRCC? CRCC only love fajar?
I don't know. Too many uncertainty. But I can see that Instaco already pocketed the contract while Fajar not yet. What if suddenly CRCC change back to Instaco? Possible? I don't know.

1. I think he started to dispose almost all shares since early this year and already finish selling before Jun-2015.
2. Then he felt regret because US keep holding interest rate, without raising.
3. Since early this year, he start to convince the world that US surely will raise interest rate AND subsequently start to collapse.
4. Now come to Dec, his cash still cash, no growth. He is very upset but shows confident to the world. Continue to convince with own statements that US surely will raise interest (since Mar until now still not raise, his hope is last month of the year so that his "speak" come true).
5. I believe there are a lot of people same like him, holding cash still cash, see people profit, not happy.

Lately his statement about interest raise getting stronger.
Come, I bet he is wrong again. I think only next year, interest will raise but probably declare in Mar.
