@skajflka, if not mistaken the PR will turn to PA after 28-May listing date ... will fluctuate follow mother up up down down .. conversion price still stay at 0.22 even though mother price is RM5.00 few years later .. wishful thinking :P

if you don't want to exercise the Rights, can sell the OR/PR now .. FREE

OR will only be 'useful' now to 'somebody' .. that has the ability to move the price later :P ... ikan bilis nothing much can do

additional note: PR can be converted anytime within the 5 years period

1) both OR and PR that you are entitled (free) last trade date is 3-May. You can buy/sell now in the market...All decision need to make by 3-May. Call your remisier/dealer.

2) if you want to exercise your right for OR, and convert to mother on 28-May, need to pay 0.20/unit + RM12 (register/misc fees)

3) if you want to exercise your right for PR, need to pay 0.02/unit + RM12 (register/misc fees). You are given 5 years period to 'think' when to convert to mother at 0.20 ... if lucky ... few years later mother market price might be 1.00 :D

4) You can buy more OR/PR now from market to exercise the Rights mentioned in 2) & 3)
