The first thing to push up the share price, it must push up EPS.. based on Experienced in Oriented counter .. Kseng need to push up the EPS to RM 0.40 then the share price can sustain at RM8. We hope Kseng can perform better in 3Q 2013 and another momentum in Kseng is the 108 account with RM 800M cash on hand (Special Dividend) and Revalue of the land asset to increase the Account of Kseng. Kseng also have a potential (i believe all small shareholders are not agreed with this option).. Privatise the Kseng with RM 8 per share with Return RM 2 cash per share and RM 6 per share from the Major share holder take over offer, this may happen also in Kseng since the land value is triple of existing Market value RM 2.3B.
