KUALA LUMPUR: Foreign investors have sold RM1.69 billion net of Malaysian equities since the start of the year until last week.

Local institutions remained the largest sellers of Malaysian equities with RM3.63 billion net during the period, MIDF Research said.

"Since the beginning of 2021, retailers have been the only net buyers of our equity market to the tune of RM5.32 billion," the firm said in its weekly fund flow report today.

Without further expansion, as reported, Silterra is only making profits of RM60 million annually, the past 3 years.

Warrants 695 mill less 47 mill done, balance = 648 mill;
Brought forward 2020 PP, = 65 mill;
For PING acquisition in July, 2021, RM149 mill and assuming valued in number of share at 0.80 sens = 186 mill shares;
New PP to raise RM700 mill, and assuming at 0.80 = 875 mill shares.

Add those to current 2.2 B = 3.974 Billion NOSH

I hate to be misled, cos I’m investor.I put in real long term money and only act on bad/good news... ) If it’s external factors that caused the downward spiral, its a good buy. If it’s internal like bad management, I run a mile. I sure hope the Chinese will actively participate in the board, this co needs technology transfer, new machines, new market. Let’s not history repeat itself!

The listing on 19th March for 33,885,700 PP at 0.7339 and from the Free Detachable Warrants of 695,396,809 (expiry 31st July, 2021) of which only 47,793,300 has been additionally listed, not to mention the tiny drop of ESOS 4,655,435 at 0.245, the mother share price is kept close to the son for purpose of convert and hold at lower entry.

Full 695 mill Warrant conversion seems unlike, thus the PP as announce to raise funds for purchases.

Several months to go and locking long term tickets in vault for now. Not a day tripper. Ciao.
