I am not hard-up for the right issue, but i have this to say and get advised.
From earlier announcement, it has been mentioned that Armada would invite for subscription for right issue.
But why , i am being the share holder , never receive the related application form?
When this thing happens, to where can one complain?

Hi , all the Sifu:-- I am new hand and need advise.
Now that TM is going to give dividend (forget about the DRS for the discussion sake)
Normally share price will go up until dividend Ex date, and thereafter the price will drop for some time.
It is good to sell it before the ex date ( not taking the dividend) , OR it it better to keep to earn dividend ( but end up with lower price )
i am not good in counting beans. will the sifu please enlighten?

i do not know if this JCY has any connection with the hard disc maker in western digital plant in motorola area. but someone just told me that WD is retrenching quite a number of their engineers (poor guys!)
For sure, the demand for HD is dropping.
