That is why I prefer small plantation stock with good management eg MHC and CEPAT.

Taan give generous dividend but still cannot fly !

Taan is a very good and transparent company. Hopefully this QR result can improve even more that 30% compare to last quarter.

Cepat QR result improve 22% compared to last quarter.

MHC QR result improve 26% compared to last quarter.

Good opportunity to buy additional lots.

I cannot tahan, buy addition lots today.

I bought Cepat bit by bit for the past two months.

Since the price of palm oil stock is not moving up, I don't think it will affect much if the price of CPO drop 20% within the next 12 months.

Those oppose to palm oil stocks due to 2 reasons: (1) CPO price cannot sustain - IB predicted since Sept 2019 till now. (2) ESG created by western countries to discourage usage of palm oil so that people will consume those cooking oil produce by western countries.

If the company is well manage and transparent as Taan then the market price is above rm2.00.

We should attend the AGM and raise the question of investment in properties in KL.

Overall Cepat is a well manage company. This company does not simply invest everywhere like Berjaya Corp.

Luckily most of the CPO from Malaysia are sell to India, China and Asia countries. CPO price may drop a bit next year due to increase production but will not drop sharply. Forget about ESG and those rules or regulations set by Western countries.

I will continue to collect MHC and Cepat. Both are having very good management teams and low debt/equity ratio. Both are small plantation companies that don't have to warry about "cukai makmur".

Palm oil is the most economical cooking oil in the world, if no substitute cooking oil can be found in the near future then the price will not drop drastically.

Next year if the production increase the price may drop 10% - 20% but don't expect it drop to below RM4,000. During December2019 investment banks said the CPO sure drop back to RM2,000+ by April 2020. During December 2020 investment bank said CPO sure drop to back to RM3,000 by May/June 2021. What is the price of CPO Now ? Investment bank and KYY is just guessing.

Better change to smaller plantation stocks e.g. MHC, cepat. Net profit less than RM100 million no additional tax.

I will sell some KLK and buy MHC. MHC a small profitable plantation company for the past five years and low debt/equity ratio. No need to pay for additional tax.

I sold all my subur and change to MHC because MHC management team is much better than Subur. MHC is one of the few plantation stock that is profit for the past five years and maintain low debt/equity ration.

ESG is a new way to discredit Asia agricultural industry. If you can follow the ESG then new ruling and topics will be issued against Asia agricultural countries.

Mat salleh always create organisations to promote issue that seem is environment friendly or any topics to discredit Asia agricultural industry and behide the screen promote thier own agricultural produce eg Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) told all their members not to used Xinjiang cotton because of forced labour. But China government demand them to prove then NO PROOF provided, later found that BCI is a organisation sponsored and supported by US. By the way US is world biggest cotton producer. BCI failed to prove India and Bangalash have forced labour??? NEVER trust mat salleh that don't have a palm tree in their countries and told us what to do.

As a friendly reminder to new comer, NOT all plantation companies are making profit for the past few years. MHC is one of the plantation companies that is well manage and profitable for the past FIVE years.

By next month quarterly result announce, if EPS is 12 sen + then buying at rm1.03 or mr 0.95 is not much difference.

During end of 2020, Investment banks said CPO price sure drop after April 2021. Today Sin Chew public that Investment banks said CPO price sure drop by 1st quarter of next year. But a few famous CPO traders said the price of CPO can sustain around 4,500. If that is truth then Plantation Companies will all huat lah.
