Formis got new project from TM in High Speed Broad Band market for SME. So DGSB role is to provide networking jobs to Formis to complete the principal project.

I tend to agrred with u, one of the Formis n DGSB men are UMNO men too. In terms of artificial business entity FORMIS n DGSB are 2 different entity unless Memorendum of Article stated otherwise.

What we can see is Formis directors keep disposing DGSB shares and FORMIS keep acquiring DGSB shares since 2010. So most likely DGSB will be taking private under Formis right wing and Microlink on the left wing. However this is only popular anticipation. Buy n sell on your own accord.

Formis holding substantial no of shares of DGSB. Possibility is high going for private in the future then re-list again to gain free money for insiders. Those who attending 8th AGM should ask the BOD what is the future plan for DGSB. Company shares worth $0.50 is better than $0.05. FY13/14result seems promising but Formis knows better than us. So far no news on government projects or from other private firms.
