Dayang has announced the much anticipated contract from Shell for the Hook-up, Commissioning and Topside Major Maintenance works in Sabah and Sarawak. Services will be rendered to all platforms under Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) and Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SSPC). The project is estimated to be slightly more than RM2bn for a 5-year period with an extension option of one year (5+1 year). The Group‟s orderbook now stands roughly at RM3.8bn, to last until 2016. We are raising our TP to RM6.02 (from RM4.15 previously) on assumption of RM4bn contract wins in total. Our Outperform call on Dayang is therefore maintained, with a potential 23% price upside. Meanwhile, we expect strong 1Q13 results to be announced later today.

Likely to secure 3rd contract. As we highlighted in our previous report, the PAN Malaysia contract worth some RM10bn will be rolled out simultaneously. Hence, with this secured, we anticipate Dayang will be awarded contracts by another 1 or 2 PSCs. Separately, management plans to acquire an additional vessel by next year, bringing its marine fleet size to a total of 9.
