Technical Analysis Feb 2014: THHEAVY (7206)

TH HEAVY ENGINEERING BERHAD

Observation from Chart:-

THHEAVY (7206) succeed breakout RM0.965 strong resistance.

How high will it go?

Other indicator:-
1. MACD trade at positive region, uptrend sign.
2. Stochastic %K on BUY call itinerary.

Since it already break through RM0.965 level, uptrend is confirm. (higher high + higher low)

It's an opportuniry if retest support.
Immediate support @ RM0.965 level.
Subsequent support @ MA20 level.

Let's watch closely.

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 19): TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE) was actively
traded today on the stock exchange due to synergies seen between the
company and Scomi Energy Services Bhd.
Sam Ng, senior remisier at InterPacific Securities, told
theedgemalaysia.com: “After news that Quek Leng Chan has bought into
Scomi, people see business link between Scomi and THHE. This has also
created trading opportunities.”
On Monday, Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB) Research said in a report it
was upbeat about Quek’s entry as a shareholder in Scomi Energy, noting that
it saw possible synergy in the future with TH Heavy Engineering Bhd, in which
Quek has a 9% stake.
At 3:45 pm today, THHE rose 4.5 sen or 4.6% to RM1.01 per share with some
65 million shares traded. Earlier, it had hit a high of RM1.02.
The stock, on its own, has also risen steadily since its announcement two
weeks ago that it had received an award from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
Technically, the stock is also seen as a riser.
In a note today, Kenanga Investment Bank said that THHE technical charts
are looking “interesting”
“As trading volume was notably higher for the day, we believe this is a strong
signal for further upside ahead. We suggest targeting three bids below the
measurement objective (RM1.23) while placing a stop-loss of RM0.885,” said
the note.

Going to hit the tp @0.25 sen.....watch now onward.....
