The fact that CMSB stopped cirit birit the past few days when the market is red and bearish is an encouraging sign :p

Epf buy and sell based on their mandate and targets. Whilst it may be a good indicator on any stock‘s future movements, sometimes the opposite happens.

Look at the glove counters especially TopGlove and see how sometimes EPF buy even at higher prices, and later you can see disposal at lower price later. They may have entered at various stage during uptrend or downtrend of any stock and the reason for selling/buying is only known to them (i.e end Q2 adjustment, I-sinar etc etc, you name it).

In the case of CMSB, it is not entirely surprising to see EPF come back and wallop CMSB shares at a later date even at higher prices. Why? Reason only known to them. As long as the company is stable and have good growth prospect, that is more important to me.

CMSB is definitely well sought after recovery theme play stock. Just need to be patient.

End October last year, the share price of CMSB crashing to 1.06 from 1.75 level a few months before.

A few months later in Feb 2021, the share price touched 2.45-2.50 level.

Agreed, CMSB has a lot of good quality assets. I believe the price is at rock bottom.

Looks like Supermax is the cheapest in terms of P/E. Downside is limited..... maybe.

Level of investment and entry barrier for semicon is far higher and more complex relative to other industry (i.e gloves).Not to forget those state of the art machines and automation that is needed to support the production. So shortage most likely will remain there longer than we thought.
