For accumulated impairment loss I feel there is a typo since they reverse impairment 2,424k on building the accumulated impairment @ 31/12/2012 should be lower than 3,250k ie (3,250-2,424+exch diff)k and the accumulated depreciation should be higher than 8,871k ie (8,871 + 622 + exch diff)k. They must have swopped the figures over. No major impact as its just reclass mistake, total is still 10,507k and carrying amt unaffected.

Mike also mean well by warning us of the risk of share drop since run up is so great and many people rush in above 30. Is gd to have check and balance experienced guru to chime in as well. Can we all kiss and make up and wait for announcement only left 5 weeks more and quarterly is next wk. Scolding and finger pointing don't get us anywhere. World peace.

I think their market share still less than BJToto? But div more attractive. Result lower than last yr Q3 though.
