This is all about market sentiment/emotion..

Even yesterday US market is good also give nothing to our market.

Just wait until Q2 report is out then you can give your own comment.

So far no bad news from this company.

But in current new normal situation, market is full of volatility and unpredictable reaction.


I just give my personal comment. Not even give any buy/sell call.

Because I will just wait until end of this year...

I believe if big boys really want to goreng they will wait until QR is announced this week.

Nothing much we can see by this week.

This is normal during earnings week.. Most ppl will stay aside..

If QR is good then nothing is wrong if they want to goreng this counter because currently new properties is one of the good catalyst.

If more good news is coming then we can expect good share price movement.

Big boys also smart la..

So far the drop is not so severe as compared to those 2nd tier HC counters

I heard about game over to those HC counters since margin haircut..

But this time just wait and see..

For K1 personally I will hold until end of this year. Because this company has EMS and Cloud segment.. Not a pure HC company.

The keyword from the above statement is QUICKLY and NEAR TERM.

SO is does make sense right if the property is worth 1.3m in order tu fulfill their manufacturing demands in near term... =)

If they know they are making losses by purchasing the said properties for their business expansion, do you think they would buy it?

Buying properties for expansion is not a week punya kerja.

I believe they have planned this expansion 1-3 month ago before the decide to buy new properties.

If you say rejection on license/approval is the cause to buy new properties then how come they can get license from Nasa Vital for manufacturing Ventilator on last 3 months?

Thats the problem with some ppl during New Normal..

I as a business owner also don't want to buy that kind of properties if not a requirement..

But for sure they buy the said properties according to the needs and business forecast/projection.

As a conclusion, good prospect and big profit would be in the pipeline.. =)


Just depends on the market/investor to react on that announcement..

Now just waiting their Q2/Q3 for clear direction..

If good then we can confirm that they are really doing well in their biz..

For me personally, that announcement is showing their both EMS segment and Medical segment are doing well..

For me it's a good announcement. For sure they are looking for biz expansion.

Why they purchase new factory? For sure their order book is good. Prospect is good.

Why need to wasting their money for a new factory without any good purposes?

Look at Hextar, even announces excellent QR this noon also no one has appetite to push its price up..

Just dont know if they are trying to create a panic or what.

Because when there is a sudden changes in buy & sell Q then ppl will sell down (small lot transaction)

I can see they easily put and cancel 10k lots and 20k lots within this month to support the price. For sure this is not done by retailers.

I believe someone try to create a panic

In term of TA, it is forming a flag..

Technology and Healthcare are still the booming sector during pandemic until next year..

Even there several countries are going to launch their first vaccine within near period, the effectiveness still uncertain.

Vaccine is good for the world but we still waiting the best vaccine. I dont think the best vaccine for the world will out in short period.

PPE, social distancing, sanitation and mass testing are still the best practice to avoid the infection until the best vaccine is found.

Technology & Healthcare will boost this company.

For me TA is just an indicator to see company share movement and to make decision before buy/sell..

See FA 1st then followed by TA.

Thats my normal practice for mid-long term investment.

That's why I am still holding my position

We cannot control those sentiment movement as we know that now so many retailers in our market..

From my opinion as an investor, just monitor the price and keep waiting their announcement.

For trader, I am sure they need to see support and resistance. They also need to see sentiment also.

If it drops due to bad news then I will change my strategy but if it drops due to bad sentiment then I will just do nothing before the announcement.

For tomorrow, just wait and see.

Maybe green and maybe red.. We never know what is going to happens..

If their Medical & Healthcare segment contributes more profit then Q3 and Q4 we can see their better result.

Regarding Q2 report. Nobody is expecting too high profit due to MCO.

Since there are so many companies are making money in Q2 hence at least we can expect POSITIVE result from K1 especially profit contribution from their Medical and Healthcare segment.

Thats why I always emphasise in this forum that it worth for those holders to wait and see their Q2.
