I bought 200k @ 2.95-2.97 this week for the 0.08c dividend ex 24/1/14 and payment on 14/1/14. why company share buy back and the normal practice is there'll scrap the share immediately; but this time different. there already bought up to 9.74% and will buy to the 10% as allow by BURSA.3 likely scenario(1) give treasury share as final dividend plus 0.05c cash (2) take the company private & (3) might list their property division.
