sorry a bit wrong should be 15% holding as i saw from annual report. 152mil*15% = 22.8mil, 34.35 mil proceed means 15 mil has been converted which is 70% of his holding.

ok. ady announced last date to trade is 6/8/15. so now the game is whether they wan let it die or goreng it up then dispose. if let it die later will have heavy disposal appear.

@sunshine: so the extension is not possible anymore. as i know john chia has converted 50% of his holding that day using money from private placement of 15,000,000*2.29=34.35million, which enuf to convert 50% of his holding (he is roughly holding 10% of total WA)

expiry should be 7 aug, if not mistake but by right should aldy announced the last date for trading of wa , for what i seen from other cases, it should announced 2 weeks before the last date for trading. a bit suspicious here...whether possibility of extension or directors dun wan make public panic so defer the announcement
