For plantation stocks like FVG, u have to go long as the sector is now in the doldrum. CPO price has been trending downwards since last year.It slipped amid stock build-up in the country. Now is at the bottom of the cycle. Just imagine CPO price of RM2090 currently vs RM3600 at its peak? Surely share price would follow CPO price as they have strong correlation.

of cos there's nothing great about its balance sheet and P&L...but sometimes stock price move bcoz of the impending or potential change to the fundamentals of the company...something is brewing behind closed doors...which we don't know yet. Of coz mgt denied each time querries were thrown at them...just wait and see lor...

ask ivanlim..don't know how he derived the 0.1 tp...

...when margins improve, there's no justification for govt to raise flour price...still...it's a boring business

price has been dropping since last year....nothing interesting with the flour business as it's a govt-controlled item unless u see an increase in flour price...
