tough to say bro...also depends on the exercise price of the warrant. My guess is nothing much will happen until EGM is over. Wait for everything to be officially approved. Then maybe after a week or two, they will announce the warrant exercise date. Share price should hover between 0.05 - 0.07 near the exercise date. Just a guess.

Depends on share price during the conversion date. It's the average of past 3 days' price (before conversion date). So if the company doesn't want its shares to dilute they would push the price up la...higher the price, lesser number of shares issued

doesnt seem like good news...basically it opens the door for further dilution...but i personally doubt the price will be around 0.015 - 0.025 when the conversion of RCPS happens.
