- There is no annoucnement for a new shareholder, means most trading is speculators, not white knight.

- New Director resign

- Bursa keep asking question about property deals almost every week

- If their NTA is real, why nobody buy control of the company? Nobody even buy 5%.

- YNH now selling their best property to Sunway in a hurry and for less than book value.

- 1.2 bil joint venture money likely disappear. Debt is skyhigh, so real NTA probably zero or less

- Sri Hartamas land has been put kaveat by government so cannot sell

- YNH bond has be downgraded by MARC

- Before force sell rapid and YNH trade at gila pe of over 2000 and 500

@gmsyhy88 Sunway not injection anything. They pick YNHs only good property for little money. Yu sindiket totally desperate and selling the crown jewelz. 215 million is less then they paid to build it. Crazy desperate.

@dompeilee book value is fake. 1,2 billion jv deposit money gone. NTA effective almost zero. next year ynh bond coming payable too, so this is very high risk gamble to invest now.
