政府宣布自10月起將扣押聘雇非法外勞公司的資產，此消息對我們來說是一個正面驚喜，應可刺激非法外勞的註冊人數。相信2017財年註冊人數將達到我們預測的100萬人次，因此續維持MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿服）每股收益和目標價不變。



移民局總監慕斯達法指出，根據1956年移民法令第56（1）條文，移民局有權凍結聘請非法外勞的雇主的銀行戶頭和資產，只是之前沒有嚴格執行。

政府在2015年中，委任MYEG服務處理外勞註冊事宜。

雖然註冊截止日原定為6月底，但MYEG服務網頁上顯示註冊服務仍在進行中；截至6月底，非法外勞註冊人數為30萬人，其中僅有12萬人是完整註冊的，另外18萬人仍在等待文件進行註冊。

潛在重估催化劑

我們依然根據2017年25.2倍本益比，維持MYEG服務（MYEG，0138，主要板貿服）每股收益預測和目標價；我們預期2017年淨利2億2530萬令吉，核心每股收益9仙。

Before bonus issue ex date should be reached til RM 3.00, after bonus issue back to RM 2.00 ( the based rate)....hence, it is the best time to buy now, you can take a reference chart from 2015 Aug...
