Only info on the listing date of bonus and warrants so far is point 10 on circular, which says estimated time frame for listing is MID June. Hang tight y'all!

"A wholly-owned subsidiary of UCrest Bhd, formerly known as Palette Multimedia Bhd, is partnering with Key Asic Pte Ltd to sell iMedic platform for 40,000 user licences for one year, and for the configuration of the cloud platform.
The contract is valued at US$838,993 or RM3.27 million based on the exchange rate yesterday, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today. "
Can't seem to find 'Key Asic Pte Ltd' as a subsidiary in Key Asic's Annual Report nor any announcement in regards to the incorporation of this subsidiary. Not sure whether this is going to benefit the listed Key Asic Berhad or Mr Eg himself only...
