hopefully next month will announce dividend. last year had 0.5 sen. this year result better than last year, hope will have more than last year.

good company, earning keep on increasing, start giving more dividend. pass years keep giving bonus, i think it target to promote to main board. suspect may give 1 or 2 times bonus in future, increase the share capital to meet main board requirement.

last quarter result not good because of lower sales and having scheduled maintenance. board of directors confident will get better result in next quarter. wait and see can drop below 0.55 not. going to buy in more at lower price..

dunno. but court case usually take time, few months to few years.. still have time to monitor on it. now the court case just start hearing, suspect still some share holders not aware of it.

expect the price will keep low until the court case settle..

MATERIAL LITIGATION A Complaint / legal Suit under the Court of Intellectual Property and International Trade in the Kingdom of Thailand. Black Case No. Tor Por 112/2554 on 20th December Buddhist Era 2554 (2011) has been filed against Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad (“EFB”) by Dynea Chemicals OY (“Dynea” or “Plaintiff 1”), Mr Sombat Ardisart (“Sombat” or “Plaintiff 2”), Ms. Somsri Chairudtidach (“Somsri” or “Plaintiff 3”) and MP Particleboard Co. Ltd. (“MP” or “Plaintiff 4”) [collectively known as ‘the Plaintiffs”]. The Complaint / Legal Suit has been served on Kuo Jen Chang on 24th March 2012 in Thailand. Mr Kuo Jen Chang is the Managing Director of EFB’s subsidiary, Siam Fibreboard Co Ltd and the Chief Executive Officer of EFB. The Plaintiffs claimed that Kuo Jen Chang is the legal representative of EFB in Thailand. Kuo Jen Chang will be contesting that he is not the legal representative of EFB in Thailand. The hearing of the Suit is yet to be fixed.
