how is that even possible? every director must disclose both purchase and selling. that is the law. unless you have proof otherwise.

I think mr chew ben ben is waiting at 1.50 to get it cheap. The shares has been trading above RM1.5 for a while. He has holding power while someof us here doesn't. Avoid this counter if you are just a contra player, good news probably wont be here soon enough per your expectations.

Seeing a few directors already purchased more shares after Dec 15 announcement, i believe there are more good news coming up. after all, they have no duty whatsoever to hold more shares. they are getting paid no matter what. Look at Hubline, from RM 1 per share to rm 0.01 per share, they are still being paid.
