由于昨天shh公布业绩，不论是现金流或是现金，净利都非常吸引
今早我买了shh，价格位于0.6-0.61
虽然目前股价已大涨，或许把这篇分享上来，显得有些马后炮
所以这篇大家看看就好，千万别追高

行业：家具业

1）本益比低，预计今年总净利可突破0.08亿，以目前市值：0.31亿，现在买入，本益比只有区区3.8，我认为shh合理本益比为5，那股价潜在涨幅40%

2）在柔佛拥有价值超过0.20亿土地（多数土地是leasehold）

3）拥有净现金0.15亿（已扣除银行贷款）

4）3季净利大幅度增长
第一季：1.3million
第二季：1.4million
第三季：3.7million(脱售土地净赚2million）

5）第三季是淡季，反而shh能取得如此漂亮的业绩
我相信pohuat，eurospan，latitud，homeritz，hevea，这些家具股都非常有看头

后语：好股总是难寻，看到好股就要紧紧捉住
