Bonus share...!!! reward shareholders...

since CC Puan came back to GPacket, i noticed that he just kept issuing PP to cover the expenditure, and not for the good investment which can generate profit to the company.. he should spend the funds raised wisely...

GPacket CC Puan just raised the fund by issuing 20% of PP in August this year.. Now, proposed to raise the fund again by issuing 40% of PP..!!! Why can issue so many PP in one year.?? if i'm not mistaken, the limit is 10 - 20% only for one year...

Long time already has not received the bonus share & share dividend from Dialog.. hope Dialog will announce bonus issue & special share dividend on the coming soon AGM.. then, share price will spike to record high.....

Next quarter earning should be better if no more cost overruns for India/ Taiwan E&C and other jobs.. Sapura is good in replenishment the new contracts, but most of the contracts are low profit margin, underestimated, risky and could cause very huge loss.. should more selective and look for higher margin contracts...

GP (CCPuan) invest here.. invest there for many years already... but at the end, loss shareholder money.. then, call for right issue, private placement..... actually should focus on the core business 1st which could bring profit.. and only then use the profit to invest & diversify to other business or pillars... money lending business, blockchain, traffic tolling system.....
