My Views On Instacom - Salvador Dali

Instacom has been hogging the limelights since November last year. My feel is that if it was just a pump and dump, they would have dumped already. We have to be cognisant of the fact that it is no longer a telco tower kind of company, in fact profits from that industry alone will amount to less than 5% of this year's earnings.

So, where is Instacom going? Or should I refer to as Vivocom?

a) Anyone who do not believe in their "china-play" story can sell, and would have already... looking at the shaky global developments in recent weeks (oil going below US$30; yuan devaluing; China sending troops to fight ISIS; etc...). No doubt about that, if you don't wish to part of the story, you can opt out anytime and many have done so. Which is a revealing tell for the price action / volume to see the shares still above 28 sen after all that.

b) Hence, despite all that has happened, the share price has settled very nicely above 27.5-28.5 sen. which is comfy above the small 5% new share issue levels. Even if those people wanted to get out, there is sufficient liquidity for them to exit.

c) Look at Edra, look at 1MDB, who has been buying??? Look at Penang under water tunnel, who had the better financing. Gemas??? etc... what else. Its not that Malaysia wants to get China's investments, but no one else seems to be looking or wanting to invest!!!. The Middle East has problems of their own, Japan as well... no one seems keen to provide long term FDI... except China. I do not need to go into why Vivocom has a good relationship with CCRC and possibly other China mega counters. Please read the CIMB report.

d) Either the entire thing is a scam, or its true... how to scam with CRCC?????, the projects are there already, it is one of the top 100 listed companies in China, they can see the news, they can read the blurbs. Yes, it may take some time for markets to give the stock a proper valuation - currently we are looking at less than 5x prospective earnings. I do believe if and when the quarterly figures come in in line or above valuations/expectations, we will see huge spurts then.

e) To be fair, you cannot ascribe a 10x earnings on a completely new RTO business, no matter how attractive it may be. It has to be gradual, as more confirmation on quarterly earnings and new projects being won.


To that end, I have just come across a faed technical chartist and got his email on his view on Instacom. Our ways of interpreting data may be different, but I think we come to the same conclusion.

There is no magical formula for share price to simply shoot up like xox. Xox shot up from 10sen to 70sen and came down again to 20 within 2 months. This is the pump and dump stock. Punters make quick money. But it is the syndicate that make the most. Many also lost money when it was on its way down. Instaco is not like xox which simply shoots up and also speedily retreats. So we have to hold for a certain period barring unforeseen circumstances. In my case I will review monthly based on news and financial results.

Metalgearsnake, I believe this skunk must have lost a lot of money in the early days of Instaco. I feel sad for him but that does not give him the right to make sure other people also lose money like him. Each time he writes he tried to laugh at us. When I write, I laugh all the way to the bank. That is the difference. So why is he wasting his time here ensuring people lose money. He should be spending more time recovering his losses.

Desa, What makes you think I lost money? Even in Instaco alone I have made 7 digit profit. Realised and unrealised to date. I know you don't want to see me lose money and I am happy to tell you I didn't. I also hope you make from your investment in Maybank. It is a good stock.

Sorry to disappoint the skunk that I have made millions from my investments. Why should I be an angry man. I just hate the stinko smell of the skunk and enjoy kicking hisass. Laugh94me.

Kontrakalah is the Instaco skunk. He is here to disturb the genuine investors. He has created at least 90 skunk account just to do this. All these account have been banned. I will continue to identy this skunk and kick him out. Very easy to identify because he has a stnko smell and a filthy mouth.

Good advice. Once in a while need somebody to remind everyone here to be patient. Have holding power. Slow and steady but strong. etc....

China is not sufferring from recession. China is still growing at 6%. 4 years ago China took steps to slow down their growth of more than 13% to avoid a hard landing. China increased their interest rate and bank reserve rate to slow slow down their growth. It was all planned. Now China growth is at 6% according to plan.Recently to sustain the 6% growth, China has started reducing their interst rate and bank reserve rate. So China is actually doing fine.

Bolampaa and realtimee is the same skunk. Will kick him out. He likes to be kick.

janicebb, Agree with ktsk88. CCRC is very big in China and top 10 biggest globally. CRCC have rail projects in China, Indonesia, Malaysia ( Gemas and Mentakab ), and Thailand. CRCC also have tunnel project in Penang. All these projects worth billions of dollars. Instaco will benefit from CRCC projects. How CRCC fail? These are all development projects and not luxurious projects where you can afford to delay.
