i'm a newbie @this counter. Feels interested @ this company's warrant issuance....

Anyways, I think base on my study on Biohldg fundamental, I made a conclusion that this company won't be succumb to GN3 in a near future. The company is improving its pofitabilty...

I concluded that even Dato Chu, do not know the highest target price of this "operator" (if any).......

Usually, there should be an impetus for certain counter to be goreng ---

Agree. Speculative counters's price especially the price of penny stocks not so much dependent on fundamental. It's price is relatively cheap, therefore almost small retailers like to invest in it, and always be a goreng counter by promoters / sharks.

But, for me I have a limitation refering to my earlier statement.
I'm not a highly risk taker.

I won't touch a company with a bad fundamental base if:

1. I found that the company is a candidate for delisting exercise by BURSA.

2. I found that the company has a high risk to be listed as PN17 or GN3 listed issuer.

3. I found that the company has a high risk to do share consolidation exercise. Yes. Literally and also has been taught in accounting class that in principle, share consolidation exercise won't change the shareholder's value of owning certain quantity of shares in certain company, but my experiences on a number of company who did the share consolidations gave me different taught. I had my own experiences @Kanger, Trive and Nexgram. All were nightmares..

Operator and insider possibly already exited Kanger while the last pump and dump occured.

What will hapen later at Kanger counter is a possibility of a pump or dump activities to make sure new shareholder/s under PP and the current BOD to subscribe his SIS.

But, I think more possibility on TO PUMP before every issuance of SIS and PP... TAYOR

Yang tak sama, bagi saya adalah XDL Xidelang LEBIH boleh dikira sebagai company PRC manakala Itronic bagi saya LEBIH boleh dikira sebagai company Malaysia. (perdebatan tentang perkara ini boleh diteliti berdasarkan AR setiap company)

Keduanya, NOSH XDL Xidelang jauh lebih besar dari Itronic - 2,116 m berbanding 707.59 m.

The reality:
1. This Ijok project (if successfully done) is for a long run to the company and its shareholders...

Note: The construction is envisaged to commence during the first quarter of 2025 after obtaining the approved development order for the commercial components of the Lands.

2. Kanger don't has sufficient cash/fund to pay for the acquisition of 100% of Sung Master. How the company can fulfill it?

Note: For shareholders' information, the purchase consideration of RM72,000,110 will be sourced from a combination of internally generated funds and/ or bank borrowings, the breakdown of which has yet to be determined at this juncture.

3. PP and SIS will increase its NOSH. NTA will be diluted.

Note: Assuming all outstanding 169,951,156 Warrants B are exercised into new Kanger Shares and 81,713,369 SIS Options are exercised prior to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement, the Company's enlarged number of issued Shares will be 901,532,527 Shares. Accordingly, a total of up to 180,306,505 new Kanger Shares ("Placement Share(s)") may be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

In line with the expansion of the Group's construction and related activities segment as set out in Section 4.5 of this announcement, the proceeds earmarked for Ijok Development (as defined herein) is intended to be utilised to fund the Group's construction of shoplots which is intended to be sold to interested purchasers to be identified later for capital gains.

Note: This project involves the two plots of land acquired before in order to use it for glove manufacturing project (that failed to be a reality).

Kanger had on 23 November 2023 entered into a conditional shares sale agreement for the proposed acquisition of 49% equity interest in Sung Master for a purchase consideration of RM72,000,110 to be fully satisfied via cash ("Acquisition of Sung Master"). It has been several weeks that I have warned here about the stock price manipulation that is happening at the BPuri counter. A company that is fundamentally weak but has suddenly gone up in stock price. There is no positive news that can cause stock prices to rise. This must be a plan from an insider / promoter to manipulate the price.

My assumption is correct... APPARENTLY THE REASON FOR THE PRICE INCREASE IS BECAUSE THE BOARD WILL PUBLISH A PROPOSAL INVOLVING SHARE CONSOLIDATION, PP AND SHARE OPTION FOR EMPLOYEE.

PROVEN, SHARE CONSOLIDATION WILL GIVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON BPURI SHARE PRICES. --- I said IT AGAIN.... THE BPuri share price MUST FALL..
