I would like to understand how short selling could benefit investor, appreciated if you could share your view to enlighten me.

here my questions:

1. Is my understanding correct about short selling?
- investor borrow shares from broker, sell it at higher price? then buy back lower price and return to broker.

2. Why a counter could be short selling by investor in daily basis?

3. Short selling only allow for certain account or investor?

Director dump huge number of shares than he bought recently, bought around RM1, sold to investors around RM1.40, made profit of around 40% within few days, superb !!
Then now private placement, could he be the one buying back the shares with cheaper price? could this be insider trade incident?

Investor wants to buy rubberex shares, they want to get in cheaper price before move the share price, they need huge volume before moving the price, only director can sell them the volume, however director want to get better price too, so selling through open market will be fair to both side, you see before closing the price is moving up, buying side keep pressing the price until the last 15mins of end session, then all buy calls until the end to get cheaper price ...does this translate to recent transaction pattern?

from the report, the profit expecting to double due to Jan expansion, hopefully could go better range soon.

I think someone suppressing the price, you could observe that there is many buy calls during the closing

Actually, Greatec helps Lordstown to build battery production line system only, still in progress and another 68% of completion to go, Lordstown is not closing down or cancel the order, and Greatec doesn't sell parts to Lordstown too, how does it going to impact Greatec revenue?

Just someone don;t believe it could sell that many trucks (100k), Doesn't it tell you the EV sales are really moving and it seems to be a trend now? with recent new EV carmaker attraction (ATLIS), it sounds like more EV carmaker engage Greatec now, furthermore, directors are buying the stock, i think we shouldn't miss this oppty.
