also the problem with the above theory is that minority shareholders are those trap at a higher price, whatever the price before RTO does not concern them, rather it is the RTO price itself.

the second problem of the theory is who is selling to benefit the future shareholder's? if i was a current shareholder why would i sell coming close to the RTO target date?

and viper i know your trying to be helpful but still very puzzling, my thoughts are perhaps "insiders" are selling out due to the RTO being unable to complete

i dont really see how it applies in this case, the rto has been approved by the company board. the above only applies if the rto issue has not been approved so really irrelevant.

doesn't anyone else find it weird how come coming to an "approved" rto there are still sellers?
