based on the manufacturing orders especially semiconductor in Silicon Island (in this case Penang), outlook for the next 2 quarters seemed bad. The prolonged US-China Trade War Talk means both can't get the desirable decision and this is not helping. The only light seen now is that it will slowly tick up in 2020. But again...we can always buy when the price is right...

because if you buy from the market, the price will shoot up and it will be more expensive. Converting ICPS is guaranteed and increase the holdings without increasing the cost....my 2 cents lar :)

If RI will bring down the share price, why would the directors or management chose this option knowing while they can get additional funds but the lost in market cap is actually higher? Why wouldn't they just sell the shares?
