ESOS usually cannot be redeemed until certain company objectives are met. It is also hard to believe that the directors had a full access to ESOS without any objectives. Objectives usually include annual turnover or profit exceeding the budget etc. ESOS is like a bonus for their hard work and to stimulate them to be more engaged with the company...

went above expectation today, don't think it can break 77.5c by tomorrow. most likely will be in this region for some time before another breakthrough..

I think it has a potential to be around 72.5c today/Friday close. Buyers support are strong but cautious.. large resistance at 73c to 77c, many sellers. I feel that it will take 2 to 3 weeks minimum to clear the on-going trades before getting a brighter picture..

from this information, i don't believe they are escaping, but rather getting profit for the current trend for their own personal interest..

one of them yet to dispose and acquired more shares even at 70c price range.
the other 2 used ESOS facility and get shares at 0.25c and sold it at elevated prices and different price ranges..

Extract of Kenaga research: Consensus is currently projecting net income estimates of RM50.3m (+95%) in FY20E and RM151.0m (+200%) in FY21E. This translates to forward PERs of 29x and 10x, respectively..

I feel that this counter is a mid to long term investors (1 to 2 years). I suspect the price may close at 70c today but when it will re-bound, it is a question to the operator and other investors.. frankly speaking, if Kenaga rated them with such target price and directors selling at around 75c, I don't see a relation of Directors selling them for profit rather it is for their own interest cashflow.. if they really want to sell at 75c or at 70c range, they would sold a larger sum than disclosed amount at Bursa and more directors would have opt in..

time to buy in.. 70c..

i think it will fall below 70.5c, return to the last week normal before bouncing up again..

sell at gain, come back once lower.. better realize the profit before coming again..

just sharing.. 2 units of K1 = 1 unit of JCY.. K1 to reach 0.8TP is a little too much. JCY to reach 1.35TP is possible and recommended for a buy call by Kenaga.. Plus there will be a dividend with a good financial year.. Since it was under the low limit before closing today, sharing for any potential investors..

there are directors disposed at low price such as MR CHAN BOON HUI at 0.47 on 27th July 2020, and director DATO' TAN SHIH LENG bought 500lots at 0.74 on 7th Aug.. so we cannot really comment on the directors buy and sell..

and don't forget good dividend when good Financial Year! record shows 6.75% dividend for year 2015 when profit was 209.m..

Wouldn't be surprised to see a red morning (on-going panic sell) and change to green, perhaps max reach would be 81c (15% from today) - better Financial report compared, sales are lower but small profit. Estimate closing to be around 75c (neutral day). Vaccines in radar and once phase 3 completed, people don't need gloves or masks any longer, but just need vaccines. Monopoly by certain company are not likely due to 'pandemic'.
