there are quite some number of casino open at finger lake.. the most new one if not mistaken is Del Lago casino. no point for genting to go in such small market and high competitive like RWC just a small town.

此外，这两家公司也将投入合计90亿新元（约271.5亿令吉），发展赌场以外的娱乐景点和会展设施等

根据《联合早报》报道，圣淘沙名胜世界将扩充环球影城，增添Minion Park 和Super Nintendo World两个新景点；同时，也会新增两家酒店，为访客提供多1100个房间，扩充计划料2025年完工。

吉隆坡24日訊）雖然美國福克斯（Fox）和迪士尼（Disney）就雲頂高原戶外主題樂園紛爭，反告雲頂大馬（GENM，4715，主板消費股）並索償，但沒有禁止雲頂大馬自行啟用有關樂園，馬銀行投行認為，這可能意味著雲頂大馬的戶外主題公園開張有望。

無論如何，雲頂大馬今日仍受上述消息衝擊而大熱走低，跌8仙或2.45%，以3.18令吉掛收，全天成交量達3123萬股，是第11大熱門股。

馬銀行投行分析員指出，福克斯向雲頂大馬索賠4640萬美元（約1億9170萬令吉）已不是新聞，而且索賠金額僅佔後者少於1%的市值，不足為慮。

「事態的發展並不新鮮，而且，雲頂大馬向福克斯和迪士尼索取的賠償金額遠大於此，達10億美元（約42億令吉）。」

此外，該分析員表示，無論福克斯或迪士尼均無申請禁令，以禁止雲頂大馬的戶外主題樂園開幕，這代表後者可自行或聯合新夥伴，啟用有關樂園。

「此前，我們擔憂福克斯會禁止雲頂大馬戶外主題樂園開幕。」

分析員估計，上述主題樂園若可在2020年首季開幕，可令雲頂名勝世界（Resort World Genting）的訪客在2020財政年（12月31日結賬）增長200萬人或9%。

在雲頂大馬高層正式確認主題樂園計劃的方向前，分析員保持該股的「守住」評級。

暫緩執行減稅展延令

不過，分析員擔心，樂園的開幕計劃會一再拖延，因而對估值作出10%，當前目標價維持在3.30令吉。

他指出，一旦主題樂園確定在明年首季開幕，那雲頂大馬的目標價將會提高到3.65令吉。

另一方面，我國財政部在2014年12月批准了雲頂綜合旅遊計劃（GITP）的稅務減免申請。雲頂大馬可獲得的稅務減免金額相當於10年中、符合條件的資本支出。

不過，財政部在2017年12月決定展延這筆稅務減免被使用的時間，雲頂大馬的上訴在去年9月被駁回。雲頂大馬發文告稱，週四成功取得吉隆坡高庭批准，暫緩執行財政部的展延決定，以對這個決定進行司法審查。
