BDDC植物新藥聯盟 串連全球GACP伙伴

生物技術開發中心（生技中心）領軍的臺灣植物新藥研發聯盟，延續去年「植物新藥從IND到NDA產業鏈Golden Keys」主軸，今年提出「掌握先機 持續領航 Golden Keys AdvanceMap」，要以優良農業種植與採收規範（GACP）栽種基地的建立，提升植物新藥產業鏈動能。

為此，生技中心昨（30）日與來自東協的J-Biotech、Bioalpha Holdings Berhad、中國雲南省生物醫藥大健康產業促進會、蘇州明生，及中美生醫、佰研、耀德、玄天生技，以及綠品智慧型農場簽屬多份合作意向書，合力從藥材源頭扎根，以GACP的建置逐一插旗布局，帶動植物藥推廣及銷售，進而躍進全球。

生技中心執行長甘良生表示，2016年美國FDA的最新版植物藥開發指南，即規定三期臨床試驗與NDA新藥上市審核，除了需要詳細且完整的化學製造管制（CMC）資料外，物料種植採收皆需提供GACP文件，且須有至少3個GACP基地來供應植物藥原料，足見GACP在植物新藥開發流程的角色日趨重要。

BDDC植物新藥聯盟要以GACP的推動，協助臺灣植物新藥業者掌握此法規趨勢並及早面對，並藉由GACP的及早建立，帶領臺灣廠商擴展至東南亞，佈局植物新藥市場。

植物新藥研發聯盟發起人，生技中心鍾玉山博士指出，為了因應法規對GACP的需求，生技中心引領產業建立一套完整「植物藥優良農業種植與採收GACP平臺及原料品管計畫」。

該計畫利用生技中心已開發之技術平臺（包括治療糖尿病傷口藥物、治療糖尿病藥物及抗腫瘤轉移藥物），並參考世界衛生組織（WHO）及歐盟的GACP相關法規，制訂藥材生產管理及安全確認之標準管理程序。

同時結合臺中區農業改良場的技術，架接玄天生技執行符合GACP規範的栽種，促成在臺灣北、中、南的栽種基地上，進行最適栽培條件研究，並規劃投入資金，開發雲端控制系統，有效強化原料藥材的品質管控。

生技中心則以專精的分析技術，獲取原料藥材具有特徵性的化學成分，建立能反映整體化學特徵和多成分組成、多靶點作用、多層次特點的指紋圖譜質量控制方法，加上生物活性測定法，評估原料藥材的生物效應，達到藥品品質控制。

BDDC聯盟集結國內外聯盟大廠、農業產銷班異業結盟大廠，共同推廣GACP。運用農民對藥用植物的種植經驗，與農地的照護，縮短人員訓練的時間，讓農民的生產價值倍增，並因應植栽生長環境因素，於臺灣各地發展出合適的GACP農業基地。

此合作模式的建立，除了能提升農業經濟及種植技術，提供國內植物新藥產業未來臨床試驗時藥材來源，達到植物藥原料之優質、安全與效用之需求外，未來更可將GACP技術輸出到中國及東協各國，大幅增加臺灣農業的產業價值，也帶動臺灣植物新藥拓展至各國市場。

Coming back to the price movement today, huge block is put at price 0.235. Price is slowly to push up, but not sure is one day show, last time the next day all buy queue is missing. July price movement will determine the next quarter performance. For right now we can see, people is keep on collecting, now is force small fish to collect at 0.24... once 0.24 sustain, only will push to next level.

We not said that not allow people to comment. this is public blog.
But sometime really need to show u is mutual enough to become a investor.

profit making is depend to the period that you enter. u cannot say it cant move. I also enter in high price at 0.275. but slowly now already average to 0.255. I still making loss. but really see the price is slowly recover right now.

price drop is just because of the Q1 result bad.
But after fall below 0.215, is start slowly to recover, cannot say not move. if you can get 0.215, now almost is 10% paper gain.

Sometime I really don't understand, is it you put all your money in single counter. when counter cant move, then just blame to that counter.

I also not so sure, number of share issue x share Price offer. Share Price issue is 0.205. But I not so sure whether is calculated like this. But can confirm is the ESOS expenses in Q1 is only start to issue in Q2. Mean this expenses is ady incurred in Q1

I believed ESOS already included in Q1 ... This expenses charge in Q1, and u can see the ESOS is start in mth of April. So, this ESOS no more impact to book. As calculated up to date just utilise 1.25m, so the ESOS not yet end.

not sure how they calculate the ESOS, as at today total 6,100,000 share issue for ESOS at price 0.205. so total amount around 1.25m, but in Q1 show 1.8m expenses. mean still on going we can see ESOS? not sure how is the process.

richardlee, actually my advise is u can move out from this counter if you cannot see this type of price movement.
Go other counter maybe u think is more aggressive.
AAX also drop from 0.535 to current price after result announced.
