And the person behind this requires a whole lot amount of shares about 20% of total equity. They cant buy in the open market because this will bring up the price and they are buying expensive.

i think they are transfering the SIS out to someone; doing left to right hand to average down the SIS holding price

the only logical way of thinking is the SIS are being transfered to someone in the open market.
