Based on HG price history, Index premium should be around +/-30 points when less than 3 months before maturity. If HK follow this trend, it will slowly drop to 13c.(Based on FBMKLCI Index: 1,677.56). What is your opinion?

What will happen to Bursa Index when ValueCap invest on November? IMHO, most of the people *believe* Index will stand above 1,700 point. If this statement is true, HG is worth for 14.5c and another concerned is the expired date just 1 month away to 30/11/2015. But market is unpredictable, please judge your own to invest.

With FBKLCI Index@1,684.58, the Fair Value for HK is 7.6c. Consider the current price at 25.5c, it is extremely expensive. Cut loss now while it is still not too late!

@0.34c, the premium is quite low and can breakeven when index is 1,573.22 points(Fair value: 31c). Consider good to enter, but must take precatious on the maturity date which is fall on next month (30/11/2015). I'm suggest to play contra only.

@0.25 with FBMKLCI Index 1,596.46. The fair value is -0.24236. Breakeven Index at 1,400.50. In other words, This Put Warranty is equal to zero value! As a conclusion, it is not worth to invest at the moment when the premium is too high.

When alphajack call to buy H5, the share will drop in next few days. This theory seems correct. And alphajack call to buy H4..... please be ready. You will know what will happened next!

Agree with kentg03, This stock is worth 2 cent only. @37.5c, the risk is too high to buy and FBMKLCI index need to drop until 1,412.50 to breakeven. I might consider @15c :))

Exercise of warranty need 2 to 3 week. It is because the director also do not expected their own Shares can drop like hell when their QR is so good with announcement of dividend !! Due to exercise of warranty @ RM2.13 - RM2.18 with financing and suddenly sharp drop in share price, the director *might be* margin call. If share price continue to sharp drop in few more days, we could see another round of margin call from John. As a conclusion, in this downtrend market, sometime cheap stock can be even more cheaper. This is my personal opinion and do not recommend buy or sell any UNISEM shares. Trade at your own risk.
