Operator parked some buy lots at 115 and 12. At least it is proven that operator is still holding the counter.

The support was previously at 13. No other clear super strong support below 13. Now depending on operator already. Actually the price dropped from 13 to 12 on super thin volume. No apparent selling. Market sentiment should be blamed for no action from operator.

I am not selling la. Still holding. Just sighed.

Guys the price is adjusted downwards by the price of the warrant (RM0.1 each based on the notice). Yesterday closing was RM0.71. So the price of the share should be RM0.61 but now it went to RM0.625. Correct me if I am wrong. Nothing RIP.

Mother share will be adjusted for the price of the warrant otherwise this will become a paradox as ppl will just keep buying as it is always profitable to buy mother shares to get warrant.

It happened to GOCEAN today and yesterday as I was observing the counter. The mega large buy queues disappeared now. I am just wondering what's in the mind of the operator. I just want to make sure it is not a distribution process. One thing to note: today's buy rate is at a high of 86.

The exercise price of the bonus warrant is fixed at RM0.75 for each warrant. Since 1 bonus warrant is issued for every two shares, it means that after the exercise, your shares will dropped by RM0.35 per share and you will get warrrants which is half the number of your shares. Correct me if I am wrong.

Actually duit is right, by right should move up today instead. And then sell on news tomorrow. Hope for the best tomorrow.

The prospect of the Group for the next financial year remains challenging. As the Group
continues to concentrate on enhancing its palm kernel crushing activities so as to improve its
revenue, it is also facing low supply of raw materials which has caused the raw materials
prices to remain high.
Notwithstanding the current raw materials shortage situation, the Group has taken initiative
steps to explore to introduce new products and to trade in other palm oil products.

The Group recorded higher revenue of RM19.39 million for the current quarter as compared
to RM5.2 million in the preceding period corresponding quarter. The increase in the Group
revenue was due to higher production of palm kernel crushing activities. The Group recorded
a profit before tax of RM0.35 million for the current quarter as compared to loss before tax of
RM1.45 million in the preceding period corresponding quarter. The improvements were due
to higher revenue, improved margins and lower operating expenses due to the cost reduction
program implemented in beginning year 2014.

Sean is right. But the new placement of shares at 0.75 means that the share acquirer will have no incentive to sell below 0.75 which is good.
