Perhaps without consolidation there were 3x more shares and operators used that to jam the price movement at 0.05 buyer and 0.06 seller. Practically no movement at all. Examples, look at KGroup, MQTech, Inix, GPA, Netx, Nexgram, M3Tech etc...

Can't understand why WD attracts very much trading compare to WC after all both hv the exercise/conversion price of 0.07. Maturity date for WD is 2027 and WC is 2025 but at present that doesn't really a big factor. WB has the exercise price 0.06 but its maturity is 2018 and that understandable why it doesn't attract trading.

PArch2, u sold 20,000 shares after the x-date meant u hv sold 60,000 shares of your holding b4 x-date.
Your remaining holding of 10,000 shares is consolidated to 1/3 which neans 3,333 shares.
Your average price of 0.104 prior to x-date = 3 x 0.104 = 0.312 after x-date of your 1/3 x 70,000 shares, which means you hv lost 0.312 - 0.215 = 0.097 for each share sold.

Don't despair.

Lost in Bursa, the adjusted price after the x-date was 0.195 based on the closing price of 0.065 on the last day before x-date;(0.65 x 3). If u bought at 0.65 on the last day and the present price us 0.215, u hv actually made 0.02, where got loss, except if u bought at the price higher than 0.065.
Although your holding hv been reduced to 1/3 but the price was adjusted by multiplying 3 times.

Carl Tan, u hv actually made 21.5 - 19.5 = 02.0.
If u hv bought 100,000 shares, u shd hv made RM2K.
The 0.215 price is the adjusted price after the condolidation.
When u bought at 0.065, the price after consolidation is 0.195.

Can only sell 1/3 of the holding from 1/6/17 to 5/6/17 since the company is consolidating the shares from 3 to 1 with x-date on 1/6/17.
By 6/6/17 the holding in the account will be adjusted to its real number.

Very puzzling and one can't avoid to speculate and to relate it to issues which are happening around the country.
More puzzling Uncle Koon is buying in, millions not thousand.

From mid-2015 continue to mid 2016, this counter was the darling of the players, like IFCA , Frontkn and most property counters... Evaluated as a high potential counter together with another dozen penny stocks by someone.
What has happened now?

So not moved today. Thought it would gap up when the market open, but not.
Since mid-2015 many good evaluation has been written above this stock. It was the darling at that moment together with IFCA. If it's good as reported, it should has been at the same level as JHM, Penta, Unisem, EForce, D&Q, Dufu and few more. At mid-2015 all these counters were more or less at the same price, penny stocks category. Look at what's the prices of these counters presently...

Those have money to spare can try to collect this counter or its children.

At around mid 2005 this counter was the darling of the stock players, something like Dnex last month or two. When its price touched to the highest at about 0.34, JHM, EForce, D&O, Dufu, Unisem, Penta, AWC and some others were more or less at the same league with this counter. But look at those peers, they have climbed hills and mountains especially JHM...
Lots of huhahuha about this counter like a rocket launched to reach the sky but ended up stagnant or downward....

I hv been observing this counter for a long time to 'redeem' the disappointment, till it dropped to about 0.07 but scrared to collect.

Ma's 'antu spirit' in some counters even have a smallest relation to his kind of businesses.

Only very bad condition will this counter and its children drop to below their lowest price at present. If there is still some volume traded and havouring at their current price, can it be meant someone is slowly collecting and anticipating a surprise breakout....

The syndicates seem to have a pattern to manipulate this counter.
They create a situation where buyers will eagerly que in to buy at a price they want throw. Like they bought in only one or very few lot of the shares at higher price qued at sellers. Once the que at buyers is long enough they just simply throw all to buyers in the que. At the same time the syndicates give the impression price to go up thus those who want to sell at the price the syndicates want to throw will not able to sell at the price the syndicates intent to throw but to que at the price at sellers.
They repeat the sequence again later.
Perhaps anyone can describes the pattern these syndicates manipulate the market, example at certain time they just buy or sell in one or few lot at lower price and at the other time they buy or sell in at higher price. Example for this counter business done at 0.05 for one lot and one lot at 0.065....

Remember CAP few years back. Someone has recommended to buy as what someone has posted above of what 'kyy' has given his reasons to buy this counter. This week you are seeing what's happened to the counter... imagine trading at 0.01 and many still want to throw away...
I got burnt too with its warrants last year.
Most counters from China seem to have the same pattern in their management activities where good reports are written about profit etc... but funny things their shares price went downward, not corelate to the good profit reports which were written.... e.g beside CAP, csl, msport etc... just search it from the many counters still exist in KLSE...

Almost whole day trading was in green teritory. Panic sellers and can't hold contra players have been wiped out early of the day since today is T+4.

Are sndicates collecting from those inpatient fellows... faked them to buy in with uptrend signal then annoying them to throw with this pattern of play... After collected enough they'll push the price up and throw out the big volume to the chasing fellows...

Disappointed with the first day trading... slow and no energy.
First day trading of Asiabio after the 3 to 1 consolidation looked like XDL after 4 to 1 consolidation which ended last trading day prior to x-date at 0.05. Its after x-date trading opened at 0.195, lowest at 0.185 and closed at 0.20, unchanged.
Asiabio which closed at 0.65 prior to x-date, opened at 0.19, moved to the lowest 0.18 but up to the highest of the day at 0.20 and closed at 0.195, unchanged too like XDL.
On the third day XDL shares then started to move up to close at 0.25 for 0.05 gained a d move up further next few days.
Will Asiabio follows the pattern? Perhaps that's why some says Asiabio will jump on Monday, the third day.....
Today is T+3 for those who bought in on Monday which registered high volume of trading. Tomorrow many who can't hold will surely force to throw even at minimum gain. Anticipating the price won't move much.

If game over its price should be below 0.05 by now, but it still hold on even at no so good market condition today.

The adjustment of this counter happened at overall bad market condition where most of the active counters are in the red. If not it should has opened at least 0.20.
