Exclude gain of property disposal, what is the actual profit for this quarter? (pre tax profit RM171.05 - RM160.3 gain of disposal = RM10.75mil only) . Pls correct me if i am wrong...

Net profit growth YOY 74.2%, dividend also increase from 1.8% to 2.8%. How come stock price stay unchanged after dividend announcement?
