Forget about dividend, I was with this counter from RM2 and it went down to 0.70. I lost a fortune. It was at the time of promise with 40% from profit To share with investors but it was a scam. i think the main reason why it is dropping because of the complaint about the cement price. Cement contributed a lot of profit to CMSB. However, CMSB managed to invest in another business, I think it is related to energy. They made losses until last year, this project became a money making machine. Last year it contributed about 80 million in profit. Looking ahead, CMSB is hoping to double their profit in the next few years. They also weaned off TPS which never made any money.

Running a public company is important to give what belongs to the public. I lost about 12K in this counter. I was cheated into it reading their promise to give back to the public 40%. The last time they paid was in 2015. The Khoos are so greedy and thick faced that they reap from everyone and still manage to sleep well at night. My advice is, don't associate yourself with cheap people like this. Don't take what you earn from this counter. It may haunt you. Let them die at their due cause.

xiaohai, you've invested here for 4 years? Same as me. I read about the company policy and it promised to give 40% net profit to investors. I jumped in and put in lots of money. I received dividend once when I first invested and that was the last time. After 4 years, I realized that I was cheated. I left this counter and lost almost everything. I start working and saving again. I have no respect for Mr. Khoo. He is a devil. If one day, I happen to meet him, I don't know what I will do....

oh by the way, I received a meal coupon once which I had to pay for a flight to Johor from Kuching to eat a free meal in a hotel. It was hilarious. The company was doing so well that it decided to feed its investors one meal in their life time after robbing everything from them.

I have heard good comments for the last 4 years but stock went down from RM2 to 70 cents because they broke their promise and never paid a cent to any investors. They are con men. I now start saving all over again for my life. These company leaders are living luxuriously by robbing from small investors like us. Don't give them honour. They are like beasts in sheep skin.

CMSB is distancing itself from politics. There is a major shuffling of staff going on. It is looking into expanding without the influence of politics. It is also projecting doubled profit in the next several years.

CMSB is weaning off TPS. All staff get two months bonus but TPS staff get a few peanuts this year.
