（吉隆坡29日訊）儘管WCT工程（WCT，9679，主要板建築）在2014財年僅取得6億7000萬令吉新工程合約，遠低于早前達20億令吉預期，但肯納格證券研究看好公司提升持續性收入策略。

WCT工程截至2014財年第3季訂單達27億令吉，雖然新工程合約僅有6億7000萬令吉，相信近期可提升至10億令吉。潛在工程包括布城Parcel F建築工程、Kwasa土地土建工程，以及西海岸大道（WCE）。

同時，WCT工程亦競標增設捷運站工程，成本介于2億5000萬至3億令吉，將是該公司首個捷運相關工程。

此外，該公司2013財年淨房產銷售達5億令吉，低于7億7500萬令吉目標，由獲取廣告批准展延所致。而且有2億令吉訂單，無法轉為銷售。

這表示該公司在巴生谷和依斯干達推出工程，將面臨銷售放緩，尤其是柔佛美迪尼（Medini）地區，但料巴生谷推出新工程發揮抵銷作用。基于現有工程在新階段銷售低迷，因此管理層將重新探討營銷策略，使產品更具競爭力。

針對新工程和房產銷售考量，分析師將WCT工程2014和2015財年盈利預測，削減17%到19%之間。不過仍維持WCT工程“跑贏大市”評級，合理價則下修至2.83令吉。

WCT工程股價早盤呈揚升趨勢，全日遊走介于2.05至2.10令吉。閉市時，WCT工程揚5仙，掛2.08令吉，有780萬4700股易手。[中国报财经]
