EPF disposed TOP GLOVE 67,783,900 shares from 1.1.20 to 7.4.20( price range rm 4.60 to 6.30 before bonus 2 for 1)

Then from 18.9.20 to 26.10.20 acquired 79,454,900 shares ( price range rm 7.70 to 9.50 after bonus )

The above transactions caused EPF contributors to lose rm 1.3 billions

And this TOP GLOVE example is just one of many many poor decisions made by EPF fund management

When POS share price was RM 1.10+ in may 20,why wasn't this article written then?Why only now,when there are positive news?

Secondly,who is the author of this asticle?We're not paying him any consultation fees,why is he giving out free advice to not invest?I believe there is a motive behind his "series of articles"

I have sources that said that they are in final negotiation with the china counterpart.once they agree with the terms,they will request for the authorities approval, then call for EGM

MyEG’s acquisition of S5 stake draws interest

S5 Systems has been in the public domain before, back in July 2016 when rubber products maker Goodway Integrated Industries Bhd had then proposed to acquire S5 for RM900mil.

It was proposed then for the RM900mil purchase price to be effected with an issuance of new shares in the listed Goodway that would have seen the entry of a new majority shareholder, NSA Technology Sdn Bhd.

NSA Technology was supposed to have emerged as a 94.2% shareholder in Goodway then.

But some seven months later, the proposed acquisition had been withdrawn due to additional time that was needed to enhance the disclosures and provide the required information.

Maybank Investment Bank Bhd, the bank that was involved in the deal, had then submitted the relevant documents to the Securities Commission some six months after the proposed acquisition was announced to the public in July 2016.

The announcement then had also stated that Maybank Investment and Goodway had mutually agreed for the services of the investment bank to be terminated with immediate effect.

StarBizWeek had, in early 2017, highlighted the matter with this turn of events that led people to wonder why Maybank Investment had suddenly withdrawn from such a deal after having worked on it for so many months.

Other questions that surrounded this aborted deal were: what were the additional disclosures that had been required by regulators then that had most likely led to the ultimate withdrawal of the proposed acquisition.

The company is making losses since 4Q 2018 and a huge loss in 2019 due to incompetent management. That's why the share pricel fell from RM5.00++ to 25cents.

This has created an opportunity for us (retailers) to invest in it. Otherwise, the price will be too high and only big fund managers will be able to buy it.

The first reason why I invested in it because sugar is a necessity.
The second reason is because the share price is at a cheap and acceptable price now.
Thirdly, I realise that the company is going to turnaround after going through reports and news.

I'm guessing you're quite young and new to the share market. I advise you to read more from bursa announcements. You'll be able to read alot of annual reports, financial results, news and etc. If you invest carefully and do your research, it's a very good opportunity for you to make tons of money.
