Not genaxis but iac that Dnex is interested in. Genaxis capital pay up only 1m, Dnex is paying RM20 per share... Unless we have chance to see the genaxis annual report, if not, difficult to justify the acquisition.

The number of shares floating are too many to push up by manipulation. I am one of them to become trader in Dnex. Just monitor it for long enough,you will know how to buy and sel, Dnex still provide good pocket money.
