In the Hearing today, the High Court dismissed JIC’s applications for Erinford Injunction. The Director of JIC have therefore instructed its solicitors to immediately file urgent applications for Erinford Injunction before the Court of Appeal to preserve the subject matter of the appeals, to restrain the issuing financial institutions from issuing/releasing, and restrain STAR from receiving, the monies pursuant to the Bank Guarantees.

JIC has further, through its solicitors, placed the issuing financial institutions on notice of the pending filing of Erinford Injunction applications before the Court of Appeal.

But somehow the Mr Goh was very apprehensive when asked to give out the yearly profit contributions once the plant is completed. That seems very fishy on their part.
