My layman calculation as follow:
Evaluation by bank of RM500mn - (Total number of issued shares:1,422,780,350 X 0.235) = 500mn - 334,353,382.25 = 165mn

165mn / 334mn X 100 = 49.40%

Bank dare to give RM500mn loan to restructure other loan in view that the collateral is worth this amount. But current Market Cap, 334 Million. Mean share price can go up by at least 49% more
