Mr kenie, if Mr Mak or Adiabio selling their shareholdings in open market then AT management will have to announce their disposal quantity, but nothing has bee announce so far for AT major shareholder changes.. Pls advise...

There are two big risks for holding AT shares, first the AT shares will keep on dropping until PP shares levels, could be even at RM 0.135.., secondly is after completely issued 750 millions PP shares, the total AT shares will be more than 4 billion shares, another consolidation of shares of 10 into 1 share is on the card... Beware...

Another danger of holding AT shares is consolidation of AT shares from 10 into 1 or 5 into 1..very soon.. Because the total issued shares of AT will be 4 billions shares, which is too big...

Problem is AT is going to issue another 750 millions PP shares so Fintec only holds 10.5 % of AT shares, so the profit will reduce to 10.5 million profit..

Only 13 % of AT shares, if AT makes 100 millions profit a year, Fintec will earn around 13 million profit, this is good for Fintec in the long run..

Atian and the gang, pls wake up, open high 0.19 and closed lower at 0.17, it is confirmed bearish trend, hourly, daily all strong sell signals, weekly and monthly are all neutral, PP price is coming soon...

Remember when AT management proposed 750 millions of new PP shares to be issued until 1st quarter of 2021, it has estimated around RM 13.5 sens, so, Operators have to bring AT shares around that prices 0.135 to 0.145...
