@asakura: A has 100 shares and sells to B at 10 sen. B sells the same quantum of shares back to A at the same price and this cycle keeps going..so the same 100 shares get 'recycled' numerous times at the same price. :)

@asakura: It depends on 1) your risk appetite 2) your intended holding duration.

The warrants were trading at a 52-week range of 0.035 - 0.11, and assuming that the 52-week lowest is not breached, the potential downside is 2 sen while the potential upside is 5.5 sen...or beyond.

Invest only if you have reasonable confidence in their business proposition...and money doesn't really fall from the sky overnight.
