Bro Strategisst: I am still observing the progress. 'The dividing lines between the 3Ps is fine and I reckon that might be one of the probable sources for goreng minyak'.

Assuming a shareholder holds 100,000 shares,

1. RI outlay under old proposal ratio: (100,000/2)*0.40 = 20,000
2. RI outlay under revised proposal ratio:[(100,000/5)*6]*0.20 = 24,000

@CHLam: one of the considerations could also include having oil reserves as part of the asset base valued at weak oil price, and revalued higher when oil price strengthen subsequently, which could do a favour to the overall net worth of the Company. This thought came based on recent reading that many oil producing companies are taking impairment hits on their balance sheets due to oil price downtrends.

Not a buy call. :)
