to set up a joint venture company (“JV company”) to further diversify our products to include
kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets. We hope to benefit from the technical expertise of our
joint venture partner, HIL, in this area. The JV company began production in the second quarter
of FY20 and we expect this venture to contribute positively to the Group in the future.
