osk has paid out good dividend yearly, but the price of osk is not good at all!

will there be a mandatory take over if olh exceeded certain percentage? if yes, how many percent?

to use shareholders $ to build up their stake then privatised with lower offer to all minority shareholders

are we all jumping into mayland's trap?

anyone can tell me what other options does olh have after failing acquired all the others osk shares?

can it be one day the majority shareholder mayland offer a price that is lower than the net worth of the company, just like osk and hlcap? what should we do by then?

the 2nd qtr result and dividend hopefully will be announced soon.

Just by the dividend entitled from Rhbcap is already close to RM40 million and I strongly believe that Osk will give out higher dividend in coming year.

Can anyone reason out what make OLH transfer 29.61% from his account to OSK Equity Holdings S/B at RM1.50 per share? What is the effect to OSK and OLH as a whole?
