Reason being is because the report becomes a "as is basis" i.e. it confirm the issues only rather than confirm the issues and resolved.

However, things may have changed procedurally since my time.

Recently, all that happened was a update meeting between EY and Bursa/SC. No news leaked from these parties as they are aware of the responsibility and guidelines towards providing unverified information.

That is because EY reports to Bursa/SC. Please re-read SD's announcement or the directive from Bursa.
