Private placement means the company needs money. They ask for extension of time because they are yet to meet investor. If you have money you can apply for it.

With such a high number of shares more than2 billion, and share price going down continuesly, it remembering the case happened to vivocom. Now vivocom is worth not more than a peanut.

Hello everybody here, last 5 days shares of Barakah went up from 4c to 8c. Why ? Many know the rumours of getting contract. Yesterday news out and they BUY ON RUMOURS AND SELL ON NEWS. Retailers always losers.

Restraining order of default payment ended on Jan 14. Now time for creditors to collect their money from Barakah or they will sue in court. Otherwise PN17 will be affected.

Let's read the company's announcement on Jan 11, from there we can conclude that the company will not make an appeal. Consequence of that the share of Perisai will be suspended before delisted (Don't talk about the future of the company such as many contracts/projects in hand, now it is about an appeal).

Don"t go far away right now. Either the company will appeal or not, if appeal, share price will go up. If not, will stay at 0.005 and ready for die.

For 2nd QR, RM6.3 mil profit before tax and RM1.4 mil profit after tax. It is quite good since most of the companies in Bursa has recorded loss in their QR.

Where did you read the company is under default payment. Just paste here if you have one.
